The Boiler Room

Tonight we met up with our friends for our monthly get-together. The George's hosted this month and we all went to The Boiler Room. It is in the basement of the building that Jim works in. We had yummy pizza and got to visit with everyone. There were so many babies! I have to get a hold of the picture of all the carseats lined up (hint hint Jamie or Becca)

Meet The Machines

Today we took the boys to Meet The Machines. We had a fun time. Zach absolutely loved it all. He got to climb into a backhoe and honk the horn. He was able to "drive" a skidsteer. And I think his favorite was the Fire Engine! Owen actually slept through most of it, but woke up just in time to see the Fire Engine lights.

Backhoes
Zach was such a good sport waiting his turn in line to climb into one of the backhoes. When we were almost there he turned to me and said "Mom, it is almost our turn!" (How sweet is that??) There were 4-5 backhoes lined up and it seemed that the only thing every kid wanted to do was beep the horn. Notice in the 1st picture the lady is covering her ears. It was REALLY loud standing right in front of them. Somehow Owen managed to fall asleep during the noise.

Zach was also a dancing machine. He spent most of the evening spinning in circles (his form of dancing) and running up and down the aisle. Here are a few videos:
