To my Dear Husband

Chris went up to Chicago for the weekend and I was with both boys on my own. Zach said he wanted to sit on the potty. I set him up and went to check on Owen and I hear a cry out from the bathroom. I run back in and Zach is crying and says "I peed all over myself". I look around and he sure did. Zach's pants and the bathroom mat are all wet. He is just so upset that he peed on himself and I am so excited that he actually went on the potty (now to teach him how to point it the right way). I get him cleaned up and he says "I have to go poop now, I will be right back and heads back into the bathroom. I peek in and he got himself up on the potty and tells me to leave. So, I head back to check on Owen again. Then I go back to check on Zach. Here is what I found:

Easter Weekend in Dubuque

Easter weekend we made the trek up to Dubuque to visit the Urban family. This was our first road trip with Owen and he did amazingly well. Here is what we did over the weekend:

My boss brought in cupcakes from Jilley's Cupcake Bar. I brought the leftovers home for Zach and Chris. Wow - these are some really good cupcakes!

Zach's Going to Work

Zach is always telling us that he needs to get in his van and drive to work. When we ask him what he does at work, he says "Gets magazines for mom". Too cute, like father like son. (PS - for those that are not aware, Chris works for a magazine distributing company)

4 Month Update

Four Months Old - I know I have said it before, but time really does fly!

What a happy baby you have become. I call you my little Smiley Guy! You are very interested in everything around you and love to watch your older brother. You are just getting the hang of holding on to items instead of just batting them around. You are close to rolling over, but just quite haven't made it yet.

Owen's 4-month stats: 25 1/2" long (50th%), 12lbs. 14oz. (10th%), and 42cm head (5th%).
