Updates....

Since Chris' computer is "in the shop" - we don't have pictures.... So here comes some rambling from me!

Owen LOVES books! Absolutely loves them. He sits and flips through the pages "reading" outloud with all of his recent babbling. So cute.

Zach is potty-trained. He has been wearing underwear during the day and naps for a while now. This week, I am quite sure we have conquered the overnight. He has woken up dry for over a week now!!! Now to put it to the test and have him sleep in underwear - I will keep you all posted!

Chris had the pin removed from his wrist last Friday. It went very well and he has noticed a drastic improvement in mobility since then. Before his surgery, he was pretty much in constant pain and couldn't bend his wrist or use his hand. Since the surgery, the constant pain is gone. He can bend his wrist in one direction (due to the bone fusing, he won't be able to bend down) and can use his fingers and has a grip again. I have noticed that he can zip the boy's coats again - small feat, but a major improvement! And I even saw him using scissors with that hand!

Owen is quite the gabber these days. He just loves to talk and talk. We are picking up words here and there. So far, he says:
Ball (his FAVORITE by far)
Dada
Mama (not very often)
Puppy

and we have gotten Zachie out of him twice!

Getting Better

We go back in two weeks to have the pin removed.
