My First Pool

Who's going swimming?

Zach's going swimming!

Today Zach got to play in his very own pool. He was hesitant at first, but then got right into filling up the cup with water and pouring it back out. Over and over.

Stickers

Does anyone else have the cheap furniture that comes with round stickers that look like wood grain? They are supposed to cover up the screws that hold the furniture together.

Zach found those little stickers today. He brought one in to me this morning with the proudest grin on his little face. He really thought he had a sticker. I said "Oh no, Zach those aren't supposed to come off of the chairs." He then went back into the kitchen and tried his darndest to stick that sticker back where he got it from (it didn't have much stick left). Once he thought it looked okay he came back to me and said "mama - blabel fi'd" I think he was trying to tell me he fixed it. What a sweet little man!

Zach's New Book

Thank you Abby and Andy for the great Book!! I can't believe how many animals he knows!! Abby - he really picked up on the new ones fast - he knows the iguana, squirrel, porcupine, and raccoon!

By the way - there are more animals than we know the sounds for - I will have to post the animals that we don't know - maybe some of our readers will have suggestions for the sounds/actions. Some examples we are stuck on are the meerkat and the wombat.

School Art Project

Zach made a sticker collage at school today. As soon as we got home, he wanted his artwork back - I don't think he was finished with it!

Wanna Boogie?

Zach and I were watching the Disney Channel and a song came on between shows. I asked Zach if he wanted to Boogie with me. He shook his head yes and stuck his finger up his nose! I guess he meant a different kind of boogie...
