Big Boy Bed

Zach got a Big Boy Bed not too long ago! He has been doing great. He just loves it, especially climbing in, and then climbing out, climbing in, climbing out, etc. The first night he fell out twice, but got up and crawled right back in.

Apple

As we were on our way home from the park this morning, we passed a row of car dealers along the outer road, I heard Zach from the back seat start shouting "Apple"! The dealers had balloons everywhere. Hee Hee, I guess a balloon looks like an apple.

First he pulls it off, then he desperately tries to put it back on himself. One day he is going to get it!!

Good Thing I am Not a Doctor

Zach woke up with a bit of a rash last Thursday. By 9am it had spread and the Daycare sent him home since we didn't know what it was. We couldn't get into the Dr. until the afternoon, so we went home. After Zach's nap, he woke up with it all over his face (the crying picture). His eyes were swollen (of course, the one he is rubbing is the worst!) and he was miserable. He had a cold for a couple of days prior, so we thought maybe that was causing the rash. We get to the doctor only to find out that he has a double ear infection. What??? I would have guessed he was cutting a few more teeth before I would have picked an ear infection. Good thing I am not the Doctor!

Practice Makes Perfect

Zach recently figured out how to move his chair over to the couch and use it to climb up on the couch. Once, he figured it out, he did it over and over and over.....
